Macbeth Smartboard Lesson

A Smartboard lesson I created to accompany the beginning of a Macbeth Unit. This abbrevaited lesson includes images of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth that students may use to describe and discover the two major characters of this play. Accompanying the picture is a an interactive slide that contains only a few key points about each character. This lesson is great if you want to build the foundation and prepare the students for the text. Included are both the PDF version of the lesson and the Smartboard lesson itself.

Shakespeare Smartboard Lesson

This Shakespeare Smartboard Lesson is great for introducing students to the Bard. Included are a timeline that highlights a few key moments of Shakespeare's life, so students do not feel overwhelmed by information. Students are also able to particpate in the lesson by labeling the Globe Theatre and visualizing the Glove Theatre in relation to other major London theatres of the time. There is a small review quiz at the end of the lesson to check student comprehension.
