Macbeth Unit Plan
As part of my Secondary Methods I course, I was required to make a unit plan. This plan contains lessons and activities for 15 classes, including one test day and two days to view student created movies. Included are some but not all of the worksheets that were handed out to accompany the unit, as well as the unit test, two quizzes, and the final project sheet. These materials can be found on the Supplementary Materials tab to the left of the page. I have also included two complete lesson plans, one of which is a differentiated lesson. For anyone who is teaching Macbeth there are a few interesting and fun activities included to engage the students in the lessons and spark their Shakespearean interests.
Unit Plan
The unit plan containing all of the English Language Standards, objectives broken down by day, content for each day, and the activities, materials and methods to be used.

Lesson Plans
Two completed lesson plans that were made using my lesson plan template. The second plan listed below is a differentiated lesson plan that uses Act 2, scene 3 from the play. Students who are in tiered groups are asked to perform a scene from the text. The highest tier must fill in the names of the characters before performing the scene, while the remaining two tiers are given the characters and stage directions and just asked to read and perform the piece.
